As a stay-at-home mom, I wanted to find a way to create additional income while still being present for my children and enjoying those precious moments. That's when the idea for Tailgate Kids Express came to life. Inspired by my own kids and their love of play, I dreamed of creating a fun, exciting experience that everyone can enjoy.  Tailgate kids Express is more than just a mobile play space, it's a place where kids can play, explore, imagine and make memories. We bring the fun directly to you, making celebrations and special occasions even more memorable. Most importantly we're committed to providing a safe, clean and welcoming environment for every child. Safety and sanitation are top priorities throughout every play experience, so parents  can relax and enjoy watching their little ones have fun.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are your business hours?

    We accept calls from 8am-5:30pm. Any calls after these hours will be returned the next day. We ask that you please leave a detailed message.

    We check emails regularly and will respond in a timely fashion

  • What ages is it for?

    Our trailer is designed for ages 2 to 8, but that's a soft guide. Younger siblings are welcome to join in the fun, and older kids are welcome to give it a try.

  • Are you insured?

    Yes we are fully insured.

  • How do I book?

    Contact us with detailed information. Event date, time, package, location and any upgrades you'd like to make to your package.

  • Do you stay for the event?

    Yes! We do offer a host for every booking and event. Set-up and take down is included in every package and event booked.

  • What about weather?

    Rentals proceed in light rain and normal conditions. For severe weather(lightening, high winds, heavy rain, flooding) we may reschedule or end the event. One weather reschedule may be granted based on availability. Refunds are not provided due to weather.

  • What's your cancellation policy?

    Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may receive a credit towards a future booking within 12 months. Cancelling within 14 days you forfeit deposit made. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credit.

  • How far do you travel?

    We travel within 25 miles of the Vacaville area. Anything beyond 25 miles will be asked to pay an extra $3/per mile. Tolls will be charged at $25 per crossing.

  • What size space is needed?

    We require a 10x30 space for set up. A flat space is preferred fopr safety. 

  • How many kids can play?
